Going with builder lender for now. They said they wont accept C2C as it is treated as self employment less than two years.

So will they accept if we work on 1099 contractor ?

2 yrs you should be on 1099

or else pay more infront 

like 20 to 40% down 

or else generate recent paystubs from your friend LLC

As add-on it helps .. or more than 2-3yrs consistent ga money in-flow unte fine .. Leda alone 1099 may not work I giess
