If he rent home.. he said he can get around $3k rent but wont cover mortgage payment. he said he can manage for next 2 months but how is job market now. Quote

I was talking to my friend who bought home in the peak (last summer) .. Wife and husband working. Paying around 8k towards mortgage. He used to invest a lot in crypto.
