I haven't seen a rate less than 30%. Harvard rates are close to 70%. Lawsuits are coming...in theory if they are going to increase pay lines, it may not be a bad thing. But I don't know if the pay lines are going to increase given the budget is the same and IDCs are cut.

Yes, I dont see pay lines increasing... secondly heard NSF budget is being cut to 1/3rd ...

NSF budget is quite small in comparison to NIH. So, federal judge block chesindi only 22 states ke na or federally across?

NSF is around 9 billion..This has to go through congress

NIH is around 48 billion..This has to go through congress

NCI budget is around 8 billion.. This doesn't go through congress and is directly signed by Trump

Last presidency lo aite literally 20% increase chesadu 4 years lo Tatha...But this time he is behaving different have to see what happens.. there budget comes in the second half of the year.. appall varaku teliyadu...
