If u are with same company and assuming u have eb3 earlier you can file a TUB with 485j, bro ma compamy lo ade chestunsru, but if you changes not sure of the process to interfile Quote
neneno1 Posted February 12 Author Report Posted February 12 No I only have eb2 i140 with my current employer. how long does that process of i140 premium in eb3 and then applying for green card? in case I do that will be current ead be revoked as it’s filed with eb2? Quote
