వైసీపీ అధికార ప్రతినిధి యాంకర్ శ్యామల తాజాగా మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యల పట్ల స్పందించారు. కేవలం కొడుకునే వారసుడు అనడం సబబు కాదని అన్నారు. కూతురిని కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

"అదే నాకు అర్థం కాలేదు... వారసుడు అంటే కొడుకే అవుతాడా, కూతురు అవదా! ఏమో... మరి మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి గారు ఏ ఉద్దేశంతో అన్నారో నాకు తెలియదు కానీ... వారసుడు అంటే కొడుకులే అవ్వాలి అనే ఒక ఆలోచన నుంచి అందరూ బయటికొస్తే బాగుంటుంది. 

మహిళలు ఇంత అభివృద్ధి చెందుతూ, ఇంత ముందుకు నడుస్తున్న ఈ రోజుల్లో కూడా ఇలాంటి ఆలోచనలు సరికాదు. వాళ్లింట్లో వాళ్ల కోడలు ఉపాసన గారినే చూస్తే... ఓ డైనమిక్ లేడీ, డైనమిక్ ఉమన్.... ఓ సంస్థను ఆమె ఎంత చక్కగా నడిపిస్తున్నారో తెలిసిందే కదా. ఉపాసన వాళ్ల మదర్ కానీ, వాళ్ల సిస్టర్స్ కానీ ఎంత ఎదిగారో తెలిసిందే. 

అందుకే, వారసుడు అంటే ఎవరైనా అవ్వొచ్చు... కొడుకే అవ్వక్కర్లేదు... అనేది నా అభిప్రాయం. చిరంజీవి గారు ఏ ఉద్దేశంతో అన్నారో నాకు తెలియదు" అని శ్యామల వివరించారు.

I've a son bro, my wife is so greedy that she wants to get him married to a girl, condition is "only daughter" to reasonably rich parents. So girl' surname change ayithadhi, mana viyankulu sanka naakinattee. .
