Hi we bought a land in India from our cousins( ancestral property , we bought their share  )but did not complete registration as our land was not in online records and we have some one occupy some part of our land and my dad was doing legal battle to get remaining part. 
my cousins didn’t have enough interest and sold the land to us and we decided to register once it gets online. 
 

now the prices have gone up  and they are back tracking saying that they are unable to get GPA from USA to register and they are not able to come to India to sign 

We are little worried as with price rise they are trying to be dirty. 
 

Is there a way any one from US send GPA to India so that my cousins mother can sign on their behalf

Yes they can go to Indian high commissioner and getita days job

Notary kadu high commissioner sign chesi istadu GPA.. ee istaru ask your cousin to this. But they have to be in person back in 2015  me and my friend went and did this. That was in Chicago

Notary is sufficient. But as a added precaution, you can get Apostille in the US.. Secretary of State for the state you are living in does it.. Nenu three times cheyincha ilane.. Challenge chesina nilabadaledu.. I can give you case precedents if you want.. No need to go to Indian High Commission.. but even if you did like, this can happen on mail..

We bought land we gave money to them in full. We just didn’t register as we decided to register once on line process is completed.

We have agreement from all the parties and they signed saying they are only waiting for registration. Only thing is it appears they are backtracking.

Document ki statute of limitations vuntadi. Ventane registration pettuko. Leda enforce cheyi Civil court lo.
