Etihad airways baggage

only 1 checked bag of 23 kg allowed a?  something changed recently? how much they charge for extra bag?

i see qatar still allows 2*23kg bags

Yes most of them now only offers 1 bag. I see Virgin is still offering 2 bags . Coming to Qatar and Emirates .. they still offer 2, but the fare is expensive by at least 300 to 400$

etihad is very strict on baggage... saw some people endup paying for baggage for being 1kg overweight for cabin baggage.... peak momemt before flight  football aduguthadu

 

qatar tho never had any issue.. also flight & service is way better than eithad or emirates

Many airlines including Etihad introduced a trimmed down version of economy fare (value, lite etc.) where the purchase cost included a reduced version of baggage allowance. I heard Etihad has a ticket type where no bags are included for free.

Depends on via which airlines you are booking. American Airlines tho book cheste vadu 1 allow chestadu. Direct Etihad aithe 2 bags. Unless new rules changed.

If you have booked tickets from 3rd party websites, they usually offer different types of baggage allowances (no cabin bag, with cabin bag and only 1 checkin bag etc). when you book tickets make sure to check luggage as well.

recent ante - almost 1 year nunchi. 

POE kosam pricing strategy change chestaru ani nenu anukonu. They are rebranding and expanding in many ways. 

What the major US airlines did 10 years ago for basic economy concept - I feel like all international carriers will get there soon. Overall gaa manake punch.
