Help for friend medical emergency

Guys maa friend okatanu last week blood clot tho hospital lo joined. Diagnosis cheste stomach cancer ani telisindi. He continues to have blood clots due to which they cant start chemotherapy.

but so  srry bro, stage 4 ante other organs ki baga spread ayyindi . Cancer silent killer, symptoms lekunda spread ayepothundi. By the time it shows symptoms it will be very late.

 

Ippudu surgical ,radiation (proton), chemo, immuno therapies ani chala try chesi papam a manishi ki inka ibbandi avthundi. 5 years survive ayina kuda they count as successful treatment. But these 5 years he may see hell multiple times. 

its a huge dilemma for me if it makes sense to treat such advanced cancers because the path is literally hell or Unna time wise ga use cheyyala ani.
