Adi approve avvadaniki more than 6 months pattindi . but still flights were not open and situation was still not normal. I applied for second extension.

second extension vache munde she left ( 4 months) december lo vellaru.

My parents left before the extension approval 

when their approval came it was exactly the day they left from the country. 
 

Now they came back again last month on 23rd and the immigration officer asked questions about why they stayed extra month, my mom said grand kid so they didn’t question further. 
 

yeah agree they questioned for 10 minutes it seems usually they don’t bother for a minute

though covid was prevailing, questioning untadi, better to travel together atleast once

Mom already saw US, probably multiple trips, each trip 6 months good time.

She'll reach home in India safely don't worry about her.

Houston ante, coming one two months lo summer heat start ayithadhi. Houston summers are brutal compared to Indian summer. Mom will have good time in India.

Ask that couple to accept the situation and become normal, do alternate arrangements.

But is it worth of hassle of old parents detaining and deporting and future us visa canceled etc that’s the question everyone need to ask ..ignorance cannot be excuse that’s golden rule .. Once extension is denied, your existing visa is also invalidated and have to go new visa stamping ?

I think they will ban for 3 yrs and U have to again go for stamping after that

IDK what to tell... I my view most of the people wanted to bring their parents here because they either can not cook or no one is there to watch their child... arround 60% has this mentality... 80% of indians has crossed 55 years with 80% of these people are suffering from Diabetes, Blood pressure ... Making them to travel in 16 hours long flight booking cheap flights... Asking them to bring extra baggage from India.. can't you see how much affection is there towards their parents...
