Eye opener, it is correct to count family members towards quota.

Imagine some religion family with 6 kids. They should use 8 green cards. Otherwise it will be discrimination for other religions and countries where families are small and have only one kid. And those religions with larger families will multiply quickly and invade this country.

Americans are smart and most rules make perfect sense. It is our biased selfish perspective we think it is unfair.

They want to limit foreign origin people by religion, by origin, by color, by language etc. Existing policy is perfect in achieving those objectives.

 

Stop asking to not count family members towards quota.
