I dont understand one thing, a lot of construction or manual labor kavalasina business owers are hardcode reps. But they hire only illegal immigrants. Why ?

ex: My roof and fence guy. Tellodu , FB posts anni dump thatha di cheeskutha untaru. But people who work him can't even speak a single word of english. 

so what exactly is their thought process ?
