But the Cuture is different.

We Indians have crappy culture of doing pooja and be very sentimental about vedas , but give candies and phones to kids to destroy their "God" given bodies and mind.

We blame everything for government....we blame government for not taking care of pollution and power cuts but we don't care to install solar panels nor buy EV vehicles eventhough government is doing its job by giving excellent subsidies.

We hate rich and succesful people out of jealousy and envy instead of learning from them.

Your post clearly shows the reason why we have so many issues in India.

Indians never talk about individual responsibility.

If Indians take responsibility of their actions, whatever you said about leaders and government would happen for sure.

I installed solar panels on my roof and on my rental property as well. My tenants and my relatives on seeing its usefulness, have installed it on their building and 3 other commercial buildings as well. I am not sure how many got inspired after that.

It all started with a single person taking up responsibility. I go around educating the people that I talk to .. about the same and encourage them to take up their responsibility. Have been able to convince dozens to buy EVs for their next vehicle. If we go by your method, how many leaders have you approached?

You look else where,like  the moves that are produced are based on people needs. If people value good movies, they will be made. If they value vulgar movies, you would see more vulgar movies everwhere.

This is what happens in democracy. I have had lengthy conversations and debates regarding this topic. They all disagreed in the beginning but later on many realized after taking action and then came back to me and said that I was right.

Be the change you want to see. Its upto you whether you want to be part of the problem or part of the solution.

The police  kept pushing the crowd towards narrow overway pass shouting " niklo niklo with lathis being waved at them"..where will they go if there is no room to move? Suddenly weight of the people fell on the weak !
