Did you explore any other areas like Phoenix ?  Any specific builders or areas in Tampa? Builders like Lennar are offering rates around 5.25 without lowering the prices.

I should have been more specific about it. If it is south Florida it doesn’t matter. South Florida has no land left for new construction. That’s why market will be stable
