Valentines day bumper offer from Husband

Hi friends 2025 Valentine’s Day gave me a tough time and a very big confusion where should I go????? Yesterday he left his phone and went outside. His American friend sent a video for  wishing him happy Valentine’s Day and then he made a call. I didn’t attend the call but saw the video and it was made for Gay people. Then after my husband came he was in a hurry to search for the mobile. He called and asked my husband , is your wife or kids  around ?
He said no, then he wished Happy Valentine’s Day !
Already I had couple of questions about him and asked my husband .Wenever we go for a trip he used to join, just him. I was told, my husband gave him a job and he felt so grateful for that.
We live in the USA since we got married over 16 years . I am mom of 2 sons. One is a boy with Autism and another is NT. But both are very much helping and supportive. Im at the end of 30’s from a small town of southern India. My husband was born and brought up in a tier1 city and has 5 sisters. Mine was an arranged marriage.We got introduced by a common family friend of my dad who was a diplomat. I  did engineering and startedd to prepare for UPSC and Bank POs because both my parents were central government employees . As a single child, my parents were convinced that the big family would give me more relatives. Since my dad was not interested in IT groom and also groom from abroad, his parents said at the very first meeting, he did a post graduation and not interested to go abroad . Due to the respect over the common friend my side no one had any doubt . He showed himself as a kind person and when my MIL asked for more dowry, he told boldly in front of my parents , NO I have everything for her. 
That made me feel he is the best person I ever had in my life . At the time i was an IAS aspirant and was waiting for my 3rd and final mains result. After the engagement , I was fully into the relationship and that was my fault and no one else . After the wedding we lived with his big family and in the first week itself I came to know his first sister with 2 kids was a divorcee and she will also live with us. He was no 5. He did Diploma and earning well. But I love him and apart from the rest he showed love and affection over me and my 2 kids.
He never had any friends since childhood and also he went through a lot of hard times with his parents. Brought up in a city, all his siblings including him was not allowed to study more and whenever his mom gives birth, the immediate elder kid has to drop out of school. So all 4 of his sisters were not educated and for the last younger one he supported and she became a medical professional. Even tho he had a family full of lies and a lot of abusive words they threw over each other, I never asked him why are you giving. I don’t have siblings, my dad also passed away. I never had any understanding family friends here. But luckily I was into different phases of learning. I did couple of certifications for working with special education students. I have a courage to live here in the USA with my 2 kids. The pain was, I still love him, make good healthy food and never ever think about anyone or compared him with anybody. He was also very nice with our kids. I always forgive him for using abuseive words, because he had an unhappy childhood.
Since 2016 they both were in relationship and a lot of times I had a doubt.Since last year they both were going to a nearby CASINO and staying there. Most of the time I was busy with my son’s school, swimming, and other activities. He was lied a lot to me. Just now realizing. I also made some of our South Indian food for that person. I have enough financial support in India. But don’t want to go back since my elder one gets good support here. I’m ashamed of seeing him. Also need some advice from where to start. Should I ask him or meet an attorney. TIA
