No sane person will repeat that mistake, given the losses people suffering in down market now. Interest rates won’t drop, Rich people have trillions of COVID printed money. In the long run yes any investment can be proved good investment because when one dies, they don’t take investment with them, using that logic one can argue any stupid investment is good. Quote
