కాళ్లకు గొలుసులు..

‘డిపోర్టేషన్‌’లో (US Deportation) భాగంగా 116 మంది భారతీయులతో కూడిన రెండో విమానం శనివారం రాత్రి అమృత్‌సర్‌కు చేరుకుంది. ఇందులో హోషియార్‌పుర్‌ జిల్లా కురలా కలాన్‌కు చెందిన దిల్జిత్‌ సింగ్‌ అనే వ్యక్తి.. అమెరికా ప్రయాణం గురించి మీడియాతో మాట్లాడాడు. తిరిగి వచ్చే సమయంలో అమెరికా అధికారులు వ్యవహరించిన తీరును వివరించాడు. ‘‘కాళ్లకు గొలుసులు, చేతులకు సంకెళ్లు వేశారు. ముగ్గురు మహిళలు, ముగ్గురు చిన్నారులను మాత్రం నిర్బంధించలేదు. విమానం అమృత్‌సర్‌లో ల్యాండ్‌ అయ్యే ముందు సంకెళ్లను తొలగించారు’’ అని దిల్జిత్‌ సింగ్‌ పేర్కొన్నారు.

రూ.65లక్షలకు డీల్‌!

గతేడాది ‘డంకీ రూట్‌’లో అమెరికాకు ఓ ఏజెంట్‌ తీసుకెళ్లిన తీరును.. వలసదారులు పడుతున్న బాధలను దిల్జిత్‌ వివరించాడు. ‘‘లీగల్‌ పద్ధతిలోనే అమెరికాకు తీసుకెళ్తామని ఏజెంట్‌ చెప్పాడు. రూ.65లక్షలు చెల్లించేలా ఒప్పందం కుదిరింది. అడ్వాన్సుగా ఒక ఎకరం భూమిని అతడికి రాసిచ్చాం. నేను అమెరికా వెళ్లే మార్గమధ్యలో ఉండగానే మరో నాలుగు ఎకరాలు భూమికి సంబంధించి సదరు ఏజెంట్‌ నా భార్య నుంచి ‘పవర్‌ ఆఫ్‌ అటార్నీ’ రాయించుకున్నాడు.

• డేరియన్‌ గ్యాప్‌.. ‘నరకాన్ని’ దాటి అక్రమంగా అమెరికాకు!

 

నేరుగా విమానం ఉంటుందని చెప్పి అక్రమ మార్గంలో (Dunki Route) అమెరికాకు తీసుకెళ్లాడు. తొలుత బ్రెజిల్‌కు.. అక్కడ ఓ నెల గడిచిన తర్వాత డంకీ మార్గంలో అమెరికాకు పంపించారు. ప్రమాదకర కొండల్లో నడుచుకుంటూ, నదులు దాటుకుంటూ, కొంత దూరం టాక్సీలో ప్రయాణం సాగింది. పనామాను దాటేందుకు మూడు రోజులు పట్టింది. కొంతదూరం పడవ ప్రయాణం అనంతరం చివరకు మెక్సికో చేరుకున్నాం. అక్కడ సుమారు నెల గడిచిన తర్వాత జనవరి 27న అమెరికాలోకి ప్రవేశించాం. గస్తీలో ఉన్న అమెరికా సరిహద్దు దళం మమ్మల్ని నిర్బంధించింది.’’ అని దిల్జిత్‌ పేర్కొన్నాడు. ఏజెంట్‌లను నమ్మి మోసపోవద్దని, అక్రమ మార్గంలో వెళ్లి జీవితాలను నాశనం చేసుకోవద్దని సూచించాడు.

మండిపడ్డ సీఎం..

అక్రమ వలసదారులతో కూడిన అమెరికా సైనిక విమానాలు పంజాబ్‌లో దిగడంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి భగవంత్‌ మాన్‌ తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో మండిపడ్డారు. పవిత్రమైన నగరాన్ని ‘డిపోర్టేషన్‌ కేంద్రంగా’ మార్చవద్దన్న ఆయన.. దేశంలో అనేక ఎయిర్‌బేస్‌లు ఉన్నాయని, ఈ విమానాలను అక్కడ ల్యాండింగ్‌ చేసుకోవచ్చన్నారు. వలసదారులు రాక నేపథ్యంలో అమృత్‌సర్‌ అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయానికి చేరుకున్న ఆయన.. సెకండ్‌ బ్యాచ్‌లో వచ్చిన పంజాబ్‌ సహా ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలను వారి స్వస్థలాలకు పంపించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు చేసిందన్నారు.

157 మందితో మూడో విమానం..

అమెరికా అక్రమ వలసదారులకు సంబంధించి ఫిబ్రవరి 5న తొలి విమానంలో 104 మంది భారత్‌కు చేరుకోగా.. 116 మందితో ఫిబ్రవరి 15న రెండో విమానం చేరుకుంది. మూడో విమానంలో 112 మంది అక్రమ వలసదారులతో మూడో విమానం అమృత్‌సర్‌లో ఆదివారం రాత్రి ల్యాండ్‌ అయింది.

Root cause analysis cheyali e issue meedha. Here are my thoughts. 
 

1. Indra Gandhi champhadam was the main reason for almost any issue Punjab is facing today, most of them flew as refugees and got asylum. 
2. 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations kudha idhae try cheysaru and it worked out for some extent but now it’s getting difficult. These people have strong family ties with people located in Canada, UK, and US. 
3. What current modi government can do? The simple thing they can do is eradicate these agencies who are encouraging and exploiting to go people through dunki route. 
4. why modi government is least interested because most of these people if an opportunity given they say that they are insecure in there home country to get asylum. On an international level this is not good for India. 
5. BJP cannot win in punjab unless they start issuing visas for people who became citizens of other countries through asylum. This number is significantly higher than what we actually think..

what modi government should do? Bring all the illegals back home with own expenses, on an international level India will get good respect and also these people will be treated with dignity.
