Its an actual problem. EB1-C over exploitation valla real scientists/doctors/professors in EB1A, EB1B ke GC ravatledhu because EB1C chewing up all EB1 quota.

I personally know 10people working in DOE national labs, corporate research labs with approved EB1A and EB1Bs but pisukuntu kurchunnaru as more and more EB2s with old PDs are moving to EB1C.
