yes bro....Took shower in Dubai last time after a 14hr flight and it was so relaxing. CSR card gives access to such lounges. Most business lounges have showers and I use them at transit. Surprisingly...consuming more alcohol have the opposite effect of not being able to sleep.

+1 shower in dubai is very relaxing and refreshing. Food is also decent

Things that I follow almost every time.

Compression socks, soft hoodie, noise cancellation headphones - for bodily comfort. 
Lounge access if you can manage it. 
Set the clock to destination time zone, try to eat according to the destination time zone (as much as possible), jet lag pills that are NOT straight melatonin supplements (make sure you follow exact instructions).
