There is no constitutional change. Asalu puttina vallaki citizenship ivvali ane point ee constitution lo ledhu. Adhi SCOTUS lo Just Gray, Ark Wong Kim case lo ichina interpretation. Adhi tappu ani ippudu SCOTUS chepthe, Asalu amendment endhuku vasthadhi?

Not sure idhanta Ela pan out avuthado. If originalist interpretation correct aithe, already GC vachesina vallaki, valla pilallaki citizenship teesina, malli ivvalsindhe. They're eligible for naturalization anyway.Fraud cases aithe individual ga case build chesi cheyyali. Bulk lo andhariki teseyyaleru.

John Eastwood, brain behind Trump EO has illegals and security threats on his mind, so vallani matrame target chesthada, choodali.

Okasari citizen ship ichaka..revoking is not easy, anni states should revoke the benefits and ssn's etc. Elopu vallaki anni benefits vastaye , avi anni revoke cheyatam antey penta penta aithadi . So they will amend and say from today the EO will be effect ..if at all it happens

Not easy but NOT impossible. Citizenship is NOT state subject. It's Constitutional.

Andhuke John Eastwood and co brainstorming chesthunnadhi. They want SCOTUS to interpret 14th amendment. Not change it or anything.

Okasari interpretation vallaki kavalsinattu vasthe, retroactive application ki law saripothadhi (bill pass cheyyadam), amendment akkarledhu. Asalu malli EO tho national security risks ani remain clauses use chesthara choodali.

Okay interpretation vachina , they cant backdate . Ala chestey dumf and miller galladi kuda cheyali.  So they would say from the date of the decision on EO signed .

I dont think there are systems to revoke ssns and citizenships easily.

You can always find ways. It's NOT impossible. Trump has his lineage dating back to his grand father who was an immigrant to the USA. He was born to a citizen. Even Miller's case is the same. His jewish grand parents immigrated to the US. His parents were citizens. Even if backdated it won't affect them.

SSN and citizenship are NOT interdependent . You can have SSN and still not be citizen. Can you have procedure to remove citizenship? Yes. Is it easy? No.

Which is why I said, it all depends on how SCOTUS interprets 14th Amendment and Eastman wants to do at that point.

Imagine is birthright citizenship is revoked for non citizens, the baby born will be accruing illegal presence from day-1 itself as per present rules.

For example, A baby born to desi h1b parents who are not citizens, it would take a while for the baby to apply and establish Indian domicile and passport. best case scenario, 2-3 months. The baby will be issued an SSN and will be alien and stateless till they get a passport. During these times, The baby will have illegal days to the profile already.

Should see what the administration will come up for such problems.

Those are all after effects. There will work around way for that if it comes to that.

The Crux is how SCOTUS is going to interpret 14th Amendment.
