Hyderabad Real Estate. Is it good time to buy ?

Hurt kadhu, value for money kanipinchaledhu. West Hyd lo Builders greed is way too high. Why should I pay a price competing with a builder, when there is no way for me to recover the monies? Builder can simply keep building and keep selling stuff. Andhuke nenu akkada konaledhu.

I bought in Shamirpet instead(doc wise is very nice). Very close to ORR I got a 580 sq.yd. for 1.80 crore (all cash). Even if I were to construct a house all I need is 2 crore and I get a livable area of 8,000 sft. (I plan to do it in next 5 years after I finish my apartment commitment).

To get something like that in West I need to spend 6 cores to 12-15 crores depending on the area. Even then I'm not sure if I will get it. 

Even if I factor a car price, diesel and travel time, it's cheaper to live in a big property and better one in the North. The expense is not worth it and I also don't have that money

Even if I have I wouldn't do it. I will put it elsewhere.

If you have money buy it. There is no good bad in Hyderabad. If you buying with loan then obviously not good anytime.
