I suggest NOT to use it. Sunflower Oil is inflammatory in nature and can have detrimental impact on your cardio vascular health. I use only animal fats (GHEE, BACON LARD) and PEANUT OIL, SESAME oils.

use unrefined, cold pressed rice bran, peanut, sesame oil..... rotate one after the other.. dont use same oil always

 

use extra virgin olive oil (from one country source)  for salads or for straight up morning shots
