use unrefined, cold pressed rice bran, peanut, sesame oil..... rotate one after the other.. dont use same oil always

 

use extra virgin olive oil (from one country source)  for salads or for straight up morning shots 

Unrefined oils smokepoint chaala low untadi. Wondering if anyone use unrefined oils for deep fries and for grilling.
