He is a bigger idiot than I thought. Factually speaking, President is not elected by people. His whole premise is wrong,

 

It’s electoral college that elects President. And people vote for those representatives. It’s an indirect election. 
 

He needs to get his semantics straight. May be he needs to refresh his civics course first.

Did they define how much % reservation goes to DEI?

It is not as defined as it is in India, but Universities and workplaces try to make their % as high as possible. Federal government lo ayite you get a big boost if you're black or Latino over white.

DEI hiring is basically a reservation or quota without calling it specifically a quota. It's part of ESG rankings which pushed private sector to hire people preferentially based on color and gender. It's then followed by more explicit hiring by governments. 

The hiring pattern is: Black female > Non white female (Asian/Indian/ME/Hispanic) > White women > Black Men > Non white men (Asian/Indian/ME/Hispanic) > White men. 

Companies explicitly did this to improve ESG rankings. It's pushed under "diversity" in "S" part of ESG.  They follow it even in the firing process as well except in the reverse order. 

This has put White men at a great disadvantage.

I will ignore your slurs. Because it’s not worth my time. Anyways, Electoral college is a process. Representatives are stake holders involved in this process. Either way people did not directly elect President Trump. They elected representatives and those representatives in turn elect Trump.

 

its Not just Trump. All other presidents were elected by electoral college in the same fashion.
