How it is risk free? what if DOJ finds there was indeed fraudulent activity? Otherwise Yes the 450$ is looking like one of the major support level. The stock touched this area 3 times in the past5 years and bounced from this level.

Don't want to invest in companies that depend on fraud. 

Much better options out there. Buy NU or RDW

Both fell much more recently.

UNH has touched 440 in the last year. The stock bounced back well, and there is terrific support. However, if it touches again, it might break and go all the way down to 400-420 levels. 

It's a good stock for the long term. But no guarantees in the market.
