H1B Expiring in 3 Months - Travel to India and Return with 1 Month of H1B validatiy

I did once with 20 days of h1 validity.. aa time lo kooda port of entry daggara risk vunde but I had to due to my conditions… it’s up to you bro… no one can stop you but return ragane immediate ga extension file cheyyali

If your trip is necessary, go for it. I don't see anything wrong. If it is just for vacation or something, then it is unnecessary.

As per the law, I don't see anything wrong. I have seen people coming a few days before the expiry so this is not abnormal.

I came back last year with 40 days validity on my previous H1b, no issues at the POE, just asked to renew it in time and I said my company already in the process.

Who knows? Every case is individual. If you want to try ur luck it’s up to you. Usually people file in premium once approved will travel.
