Job portal AI bots bro… lately this has been a headache to employers /as well as to candidates in  highing up posiition ,

So bayata janalu and scammers ,  AI toosl vaadi, techinical gaa resume modify chesi auto submit chestunnaru ..

its been headache to employers/hrs to identify the real person until they filter off on criteria and all that non sense .. in b/w they are loosing the right candidate …

Ade kada miss use avutundi..na doubt entante e recruiting companies kavalani chestunnayi ani doubt because of online platforms they are not getting business. Previously every candidate they get 20k usd or 20%

This position doesn't offer sponsorship.  I am still surprised that number is big.

I don't have visibility of 1800 resumes. But they short listed 10 of them, which they said will share with US.

Doesn’t matter how many but don’t do fake interviews. Now trend in market fake interviews than fake candidates.

Unfortunatly , those who posting swticihing off their message options .. bro on their lindkedin profiles, we need to subscribe to linkdn/ or other means of  premium … to reach them ..
