వై సి పి ప్రభుత్వ హయాం లో సంస్థలో చేరిన ఉద్యోగుల సహాయంతో చేసిన జాభితా కు చైర్మన్ గారు ఎందుకు అంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చారు? HR డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కి ఆ జాబితా కి సంబంధం లేదు ఆ? అందుకే MD గారు సందిగ్ధం లో పడ్డారా ?

తొలగించిన 2౦౦ మంది ఉద్యోగులకు జీతాలు ఏండి గారు నిజంగానే వేసారా! GV రెడ్డి గారు బాధ్యతులు తీసుకొనక ముందే 150  మంది స్టాఫ్ ని MD గారు టెర్మినేట్ చేశారు, ఆ విషయాన్నీ ఎందుకు GV రెడ్డి గారు దాచి పెడుతున్నారు?

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాజకీయాలను కుదిపేస్తున్న ఏపి ఫైబర్నేట్ అంశం తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ మరియు ప్రభుత్వం పై అనేక విమర్శలకు దారి తీసిన పరిస్థితులను పరిశీలిస్తే చాలా విషయాలు వెలుగులోకి వస్తాయి. ముఖ్యం గా చైర్మన్ గా జివి రెడ్డి గారు బాధ్యతలు తీసుకున్నప్పటి నుండి మొదలైన వ్యవహారాన్ని పరిశీలిస్తే కొన్ని విస్తు గొలిపే నిజాలు బయటపడతాయి. చైర్మన్ గా జి వి రెడ్డి గారు ప్రకటించిన తరువాత అయన పిఏ గా ముందు గా  హెచ్ ఆర్ డిపార్మెంట్   వారు నందమూరి రామకృష్ణ అనే ఒక ఉద్యోగిని నియమించగా, ఏజిఏం గా ఉన్న వెంకట్రావు చేకూరి (గత ప్రభుత్వ హాయంలో చేరి అనతి కాలం లోనే ఏ జి ఏం గా పదోన్నతి పొంది టి డి పి ప్రభుత్వం మారిన తరువాత సంస్థ లో GV రెడ్డి గారి పక్కన చేరి) అనే వ్యక్తి తనకు సన్నిహితంగా ఉండే  అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ రమేష్ అనే ఉద్యోగిని జివి రెడ్డి గారికి పిఏ గా నియమిస్తూ నిర్ణయించడం లో కీలక పాత్ర పోషించారణి అలాగే  దానికి సంబంధించి ఎంప్లాయిస్ గ్రూప్ లో హెచ్ ఆర్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్  వారు పోస్ట్ చేసిన మెసేజ్ ని కూడా మార్పించారు. మరియు చైర్మన్ గారు భాద్యతలు తీసుకున్నప్పటి  నుంచి అడ్మిన్ నుంచి ఒక సీనియర్ మేనేజర్ నందిగామ ప్రభాకర్, హెచ్ ఆర్ నుంచి తజియా మరియు సూర్య తేజ, ఏజిఏం అని చెప్పుకునే వెంకట్రావు మరియు పీ ఏ రమేష్  ఈ వ్యక్తులు మాత్రమే చైర్మన్ గారికి అన్ని రకములైన విషయాలపై తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇచ్చారని కార్యాలయం లో పని చేసే ఉద్యోగులు అనుకుంటున్నారు.

జీతాలకు ఎండీ గారికి సంబంధం ఏమిటి?

·       సాధారణంగా ఏ సంస్థ లో నైనా ప్రతి విభాగానికి డిపార్ట్మెంట్ హెడ్ అనే అధికారి ఒకరు ఉంటారు. ఆ అధికారి మాత్రమే పాలనా పరమైన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటారు కానీ ఇక్కడ ఈ వ్యవస్థలో ఉన్న వెంకట్రావు ఎటువంటి అధికారం లేకున్నా కూడా చాల మంది ఉద్యోగులను తీసివేయడానికి ప్లాన్ చేసారని అందులో భాగంగా ఒక జిల్లా లో ఏండి గారి ఆమోదం లేకుండా కొంతమంది ఉద్యోగులను సెప్టెంబర్ నెలనుంచి తొలగించి వారికి జీతాలు వెయ్యలేదని సమాచారం. చైర్మన్ గారు చెప్పిన 400 మందిలో ఆ ఉద్యోగులు ఉంటె వారికి జీతాలు అయినా పడి ఉండాలి. కానీ వారికి పడలేదు అంటే ఇక్కడ పాలిటిక్స్ చేస్తుంది ఎండీ గార లేక చైర్మన్ గారి చుట్టు ఉండే కోటరీనా.

·       ఈ విషయం పై  కొంతమంది ఉద్యోగులు సంస్థ ప్రధాన కార్యాలంలో సంప్రదించగా సదరు హెచ్ఆర్ మరియు ఏ జి ఏం కలిసి చైర్మన్ గారికి తప్పుడు సమాచారంతో మభ్యపెట్టారని కొందరు ఉద్యోగులు ఏబియెన్ వద్ద వాపోయారు.

చైర్మన్ గారు ప్రెస్సుమీట్ లో లేవనెత్తిన అంశాలు

1)     నిజంగా  సంస్థ  నష్టాల్లో  ఉంటె  చైర్మన్  మరియు  ప్రాజెక్ట్  GM సందీప్  ఎందుకు  60 కోట్ల  మెట్రిక్  ఫైల్  ని  హడావిడి  గా  పాస్  చేయించారు? ఇందులో  ఇద్దరికీ  కమిషన్  5 కోట్లు  ఎలా  వచ్చాయి?

2)     ముగ్గురు అధికారుల పై వేటు

·       వారిలో ఒకరు సిటిఓ సత్య భరద్వాజ్ ఈయనను టెక్నికల్ అంశాలకు భాద్యుడను చేసారు. కానీ సంస్థ లో నిత్యం జరిగే ఫైబర్ పర్యవేక్షణ బాధ్యతులు చూసుకునేది వెంకట్రావు చేకుఱి. కానీ ఫైబర్ పర్యవేక్షణ భాద్యతలు చూసుకునే వెంకట్రావు చైర్మన్ గారికి అనునిత్యం పక్కనే ఉంటూ  సలహాలు ఇస్తూ ఉంటారు, కానీ చైర్మన్ గారు చెప్పిన మాటలు సంస్థ పని తీరు గత ప్రభుత్వం కంటే ఈ ప్రభుత్వం లో పరిస్థితి ఇంకా దిగజారింది అని కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లు నాకు ఫోన్ చేసి మమల్ని చంపేయండి అని బాధపడుతున్నారని కేబుల్ ఆపేరేటర్ల పై సానుభూతి డ్రామాలాడే బదులు ప్రసార అంతరాయం లేకుండా  చూసే ప్రయత్నం చెయ్యవచ్చు కానీ ఆలా చేయలేదు.

 

3)     కొత్త బాక్సలు ఎందుకు వేయలేదు

·       అస్సలు బాక్సులు కొనడానికి ప్రభుత్వం నుండి నిధులు ఇవ్వనప్పుడు బిసినెస్ ఆపరేషన్స్ జీఎం సురేష్ కొత్త కనెక్షన్లు ఎలా పెంచగలరు. బడ్జెట్ అవసరం లేకుండా 4400 రూపాయలకు కాకుండా 2500 రూపాయల కే బాక్స్ తెస్తే కనీసం ఆపరేటర్ లు బాక్సులు కొని కొత్త కనెక్షన్లు వేస్తారని ఎండి అనుమతితో జిఎం సురేష్ ప్రయత్నించడంతో, తనకు పేరు మరియు డబ్బులు రావనే అభద్రత భావం తో జి వి రెడ్డి తప్పుడు ఆరోపణలకు దిగారని విషయం తెలిసిన ఉద్యోగులు బాధపడుతున్నారు.

·       మంత్రి గారి రివ్యూ మీటింగ్ లో ఒక్క సంవత్సరం పాటు సంస్థను సరిగా నడిపి అప్పుల నుండి బయట పడేసే వరకు రాజకీయాలు చెయ్యదని మంత్రి గారి సమక్షంలో జి వి రెడ్డిని ఉద్యోగులు బ్రతిమాలినట్లు సమాచారం

·       కానీ  జివి రెడ్డి రాజకీయ నిందలతో మనస్తాపం చెందిన ఉద్యోగులు రాజీనామాల బాట పట్టినట్లు సమాచారం.

ఎందుకు ఈ రాజీనామా డ్రామా

త్వరలో  వైస్సార్సీపీ  లో  చేరుతారని  సమాచారం.

కేవలం ప్రభుత్వన్ని ఇరుకున పెట్టె విధంగా ప్రెస్ మీట్  పెట్టారంటే ఇది ఒక కుట్ర లాగ ఉంది అని చెప్పుకుంటున్నారు. GV రెడ్డి గారి ప్రెస్సుమీట్స్ లో YCP ప్రభుత్వం కి సానుకూల స్టేట్మెంట్స్ చేశారు తప్ప ఎక్కడ ఎండగట్టిన పాపాన పోలేదు..

·       కేవలం MLC ఎలక్షన్లో టిడిపి ను ఇబ్బంది పెట్టడానికి పన్నిన కుట్ర లాగ ఉంది అన్న అనుమానాలు కలగక మానవు.

·       అలాగే GV రెడ్డి అండతో చేకూరి వెంకట్ మరియు ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ GM సందీప్  వైజాగ్ లో CTO ని తీసేసి కొత్త CTO నియామకంకి 25 లక్షలు, ఒక్క జిల్లా లో ఒక్కో డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ మేనేజర్ కి 15 లక్షలు, అలాగే  బిజినెస్ ఆపరేషన్స్ GM ని మార్చి 2017 లో పాత GM  కెంబూరు సతీష్ తో 40  లక్షలు రూపాయిలుకి  డీల్ కూర్చుకున్నటు, ఇవ్వి అన్ని MD గారికి తెలిసి ప్రూఫ్స్ కోసం ప్రయత్నిస్తున్న సమయంలో ఈ రాజీనామా డ్రామా నడిచింది అని తెలుస్తుంది.

·       సంస్థను వి డిజిటల్ కోసం సర్వ నాశనం చెయ్యాలని జి వి రెడ్డి, వి డిజిటల్ సంస్థ గౌరి శంకర్ వేసిన పథకం ఫలించినట్లు కనిపిస్తుంది..

Let's ASSUME he did a 5 CR scam. Why would he resign after that when he knows this government will be in power for more than 4 years?

If he is corrupt, he will think of more opportunities over the next 4 years and jump probably right before the elections.

He is a lawyer and he can think better than us.

 

He just tried to prove himself to get to next level. Nothing happened and his own leader find fault in him while backing a corrupt IAS. Since there is nothing GV Reddy can achieve, he sees no reason to be in that position as he is positioned for failure from all fronts.

Chairman is a honarary post with no actual powers, politically unemployed vallani accomodate cheyadaniki vadutharu, so they can earn some salary and commissions.

What chairman says is not valid legally so IAS officer was hesitant todo certain things for which he can be made a scape goat.

No, he is not covert. He doesn't fit in the lethargic and bureaucratic systems. I guessed it 4 months back that he will not stay in politics. He is highly knowledgeable, CA qualified. TDP lo join ayyaka law kooda chesaadu (or probably started when he was in Congress). Financial crimes meedha full knwoledge undhi, aa line lo practice chesthe he will easily earn 100Crs+ in next 10 years. He fought well on behalf of TDP and got nominated post.
