Companies should buy gold visas from govt to import a foreign worker. I think the idea will reach White House and will be implemented, if not this year, most probably next year. If you provide parallel GC options, not even 1000 gold visas will sell each year. Quote

There is no other option to import people. top ai engineer can be relocated to usa when company purchases a gold visa. The visa is owned by the company forever and can hire replacement if that employee leaves the company/usa. Quote

All these new companies can relocate their best talent back to USA through gold visas channel. We are not talking about the back office H1b coder here, it is the top talent in these companies from foreign countries. $5mil is peanuts compared to the value these employees bring to the company&usa. Scrap all H, L visas and other GC categories, there will be clarity on the demand for gold visas. 1 Quote
