Hmm ipudu unna situation lo 800k is a big liability .. under 3.5% apr lo konnollu probably okay undachu. Above 4.5% apr and 1mil+ illu konnollu until unless they made 40-50% down .. monthly payments etla manage chesthunaro ..

Anna I know 2 friends who paid 35k this year for 1.4 and 1.5 homes on Durango hills

I've seen families who become house poor after buying homes in Leander and Georgetown, considering the property taxes and utility bills. Whoever closed homes after 2022 , almost spending 5-7k on monthly EMI's .

Yes , some folks bid for 450k for lots and got them .. poor folks .pity on those owners who got the shitty 4300 sqft homes for $1.35m to $1.5m.
