Meme coins are basically a casino.

There is no concept of "defrauding" the "investors".

Because they aren't investors. If you pay some money to a casino and put your own machine as per rules, is it defrauding the investors?

Are the rules not current in the case of meme coins..Yes. Any business person would take advantage of loopholes, every company in S&P500 does that.

The problem with people is that they have buckets for people......either good or bad.

That is fine....but the problem with this labelling happens when people associate Good with a perfect human being and Bad with pure Evil.

Just like there are people who aren't far left or far right....just like there are people who aren't democrats nor republican, there is a spectrum. To understand people , you need to analyse their character and the circumstances in which they grew up in.

Looking at mainstream headlines and jumping into conclusions is an easy way out of not doing the work.....but it also leads to incorrect conclusions.
