Xi gets less credit than deserves. He is a real silent killer. 

Dump and Modi gets more credit than they deserve. Both of them are good performers in front of camera. 

Putin is unfit for any sort of credits. He killed so many people just so that he can annex a piece of land. That too against the will of the natives. He should rot in hell.
