The same GC was giving to millions that crossed boarder and also paid them to relocate , Hotels. FOr rest of the work except India , Mex and China its very easy to get a GC in any eb category or family base. Inka easy plan anthay spend $20000 to get hit or $shot in leg and file a U visa. 
FOr Indian- spend 1 cr Get a doctorate from India
