You are seeing it wrong way. If this seller sells at 700k, it’s huge thing. Many other homes lose value especially  homes sold after 2022 at $1M to $1.4M, market loses millions of dollars collectively.

These are not homes with art or historical value that differentiates them from neighbors house, they are dumbshit colonies. One home sells at lower price, entire community is affected.

Friend is worried home prices there will tank. He approached agent to sell, agent said many other neighbors also approached. But outside everyone acting normal not to create panic.

Why Bcoz the market is highly saturated at the end of Biden term with sky rocket prices :)

Sales are Stagnant, now no buyers less sellers and coming months there will be REAL MAAZAAAA
