But other sellers can’t compete with builder and have to offer deep discounts. It doesn’t make sense to invest there. it doesn’t make sense to live there as well because it is far from Tracy also. No sane person will buy there now at those prices and interest rates. 400K-500K max value for those houses, that too for blue collar workers ready to commute from Bay Area. Quote
