Valladhi business acumen antaaru but i don't agree. Its more of corruption and greed and no quality or integrity in anything they do.

AA Patel gallu motham motel chains and subway chains occupy chesaaru and the quality has gone down the gutter. I totally stopped going there. These f$$kers destroy everything they touch.
