What kind of logistics ? Warangal already is well connected by railways to hyderabad - mumbai route, nagpur-delhi route, vijayawada-chennai route.

I would see only tirupati as preferable destination from warangal. Vijayawada superfast train aeithe 3hrs, vande bharat aeithe 2.5hr.

Mumbai velle majority batch antha blue collar valle. Remaining destinations antha fewer people.

I would rather build new international airport between warangal suryapet and Hyderabad hub ! With plenty of waiting room and multiple terminals 

Use that airport for air India hub to Dubai , Saudi and rest of the Middle East .. it will help in reducing the lot of blue collar workers who has to travel to hyderbad for flying and crowd along with other regular international travelers.  Lot of them are new travellers and a dedicated airport with cheaper direct flights would be lot beneficiary .

Also immigration and staff who can speak in Telugu and urdu fluently to support the locals.

lot of people travel from Warangal to Bangalore by bus and to Tirupati by Train. some of them might prefer flights going forward

The plan of the Govt is to use it for logistics purpose as well for Kakatiya Mega Textile Park

vundhi , true .. appudu build one between warangal and karimnagar and nizambad hub... these three regions will develop equally.. that airport will develop north telangana and can attract crowd from bidar too !
