tablets dont get absorbed easily.

arachitol or de pura 5 ml bottle + vitamin k27 - once per month

arachitol nano 150 ml 2000iu everyday can be used

Ante, it is acceptable regimen for people who don’t want daily tabs if suspecting vitamin D deficiency but shouldn’t be using more than 4 weeks at once. Okasari complete chesaka recommend to get levels checked in 3 months before restarting but ideally should not continue for more than 4weeks at once

neerasam anedi may also be due to diabetes. it can also be due other minerals calcium deficit. simple blood test will tell this. why your friend is greedy? it will impact kidneys and liver too,

Indians have low vitamin D, D2 60K units per week is not overdose at all

 My mom had vitamin d deficiancy after the tests. doctor suggested for four week dosage. when we went back, i asked him whether she should take it for longer period then the doctor told me this. i didnt do proper research about it took doctors word for it.
