Kid doing good with lichess and chess.com online but when taken to uscf tournament yesterday was not able to adjust to clicking the clock , writing the notation , one touch move getting confused 

How to make these things better ? Its tough to get players physically and practice evrry time any ideaa?

practice and exposure man....lichess lo entha aadina oka etthu, you are at the comfort of your own home...Tournament ante new place, lots of people, live opponent infront of you and lots of emotions...aa time lo kottha rules ki immediately adopt avvalem and koncham confuse avvadam is normal..

How to make things better ante okate solution...join chess clubs or meetup groups and expose him to live matches...exposure perige koddhi confidence osthadi..

Another i personally experienced is. When you play online for sometime in chess.com. you will need to adjust to the environment and the board physically.

Yaa bro board is fine that notation on sheet and one touch  need adaption , planning to buy some tournament size boards, notation sheets and manual clocks and arrange play dates chuddam its tough
