LLC unte, activity unna lekapoyeena you need to file your taxes and get K1 for all the partners (mana regular W2 laaga). You should show it in your personal taxes as form of income adhi (be it profit or loss). Hope this info helps

+ either as dividends or W2 depends on the TC you get on the side if you have any job. also depends on how much of tax brackets you come under also;

I had a similar situation last year and found that logging mileage helped a lot with deductions. I used the info here: lodgepro.com.au to understand how the cents-per-kilometre method works and what kind of records I needed. It breaks everything down in a simple way. Made it easier to figure out what to track and how to justify it during filing.

Can you DM me the contact and how much he is charging? Multi member LLC mean both wife & husband works under same LLC? My spouse works full-time & me as contractor thinking to start LLC to work under.
