What I would suggest…Buy trip insurance from India and minimum coverage visitor insurance here in US…

If they are employed in India or already have insurance - malli travel insurance not needed kada? 

Also US lo teeskunna vaatiki -- non emergency treatments ki normal ga pcp ni set cheyyocha for regular check ups etc ?

yeah hospital lo bill kattakapothe, they will reach out to state/fed resource + there are some org's who can donate....ila every hospital lo backup kindha chaala funds untai antaru. Worst case lo they will write off while filing taxes and IRS nundi kuda some advantage kuda untadi anta.

and acute onset ante.. for eg: if sugar down avvadam valla some day they have issues and we have to visit urgent care anuko.. will that be classified as acute onset? edaina example istara since you dealt with these plans before?
