And some 80+ green card and 890+ h4 ead. Crazy..just for one role. They eventually hired a desi lady. Her profile .bachelor's in nursing.. masters in data science. Worked as both nurse and IT analyst , data analyst ..knowledge of epic.. can do front end programming. She started as nurse 20 years ago and moved to IT 16 years ago. She used to work part time during weekends as emergency nurse and data analyst during weekdays.. How can anyone beat her profile ! 😭 1 Quote
