He signed last year summer did house warming in December But now for Newly opened lots, Builder is offering lots with no lot premium and offering up to 40k upgrades and also offering promotional interest rate. he calculated all and realized he paid up to $50K more consolidating all the costs involved. He is unable to sleep because new upcoming neighbors started teasing him for his loss. he is now under water and his new neighbors are getting better upgrades and better interest rate compared to him. 1 Quote
