But the clear winner in entire dirt game is no one other than YS Rajasekhar Reddy.

He breached all the anomalies associated with politics (and in fact dirty politics) and emerged as the winner of love, respect & dignity.

Nearly 16 years after his death, many people recall him ... that means a lot.

AFAIK, only people who spoke negative against him are Ramoji, MuraliMohan & CBN.
