Congress is the one who promised unusal freebies to come to power. Also, who do you think good for Indian political system? Constitution amendment is only option and kind of privatise the political system and something went wrong, no more contestant from his family. my perspective old people in the country like India need freebies. Else we can’t imagine how bad their life’s will be. Many people may misuse the freebies but there are people who still need govt support. Quote

CAG and RBI every year publish reports , also State govts has to inform RBI for any new loan.
