Pranay Murder Case: ప్రణయ్ హత్య కేసులో తుది తీర్పు వెలువరించిన నల్గొండ కోర్టు

• అమృతను ప్రేమించి పెళ్లిచేసుకున్న ప్రణయ్

• ఏ2గా ఉన్న సుభాష్ శర్మకు నేడు మరణశిక్ష విధించిన కోర్టు

అప్పట్లో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన ప్రణయ్ హత్య కేసులో నల్గొండ ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ రెండో అడిషనల్ సెషన్స్ కోర్టు నేడు తుది తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఈ కేసులో ఏ2గా ఉన్న సుభాష్ శర్మ కు న్యాయస్థానం తాజాగా మరణశిక్ష విధించింది. సుభాష్ శర్మ బీహార్ కు చెందిన నేరస్తుడు. ఈ కేసులో మిగిలిన ముద్దాయిలకు జీవితఖైదు విధిస్తూ న్యాయమూర్తి తీర్పు వెలువరించారు. 

కాగా, తీర్పు సమయంలో శిక్ష తగ్గించాలని ముద్దాయిలు న్యాయమూర్తిని వేడుకున్నారు. తాము పిల్లలు గలవాళ్లమని, ఈ కేసుతో తమకు సంబంధం లేదని అమృత బాబాయి శ్రవణ్ కుమార్ పేర్కొన్నారు. తనకు ముగ్గురు పెళ్లికాని పిల్లలు ఉన్నారని జడ్జి దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. 

కాగా, ఈ కేసులో ఏ1గా ఉన్న మారుతిరావు (అమృత తండ్రి) 2020 మార్చిలో ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నాడు.

2018లో సెప్టెంబరు 14న మిర్యాలగూడలో ప్రణయ్ హత్య జరిగింది. తన కుమార్తెను ప్రేమించి పెళ్లి చేసుకున్నాడన్న కసితో మారుతిరావు సుపారీ ఇచ్చి ప్రణయ్ ను హత్య చేయించాడు.

కాగా ,  ఈ కేసు విచారణలో న్యాయస్థానం సమగ్రంగా వ్యవహరించింది. ప్రాసిక్యూషన్ తరపున 78 మంది సాక్షులను విచారించింది. వీరిలో 17 మంది సైంటిఫిక్ అధికారులు నిందితుల మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను విశ్లేషించి, నేరం జరిగిన తర్వాత, ముందు నిందితుల మధ్య సంబంధాలను నిర్ధారించారు. జ్యోతి హాస్పిటల్ వద్ద నమోదైన సీసీ కెమెరా దృశ్యాలు కేసులో కీలక ఆధారంగా మారాయి.

అమృతవర్షిణి, ప్రణయ్ కుమార్ తల్లి ప్రేమలత ఇచ్చిన వాంగ్మూలం కూడా ఈ కేసులో కీలకంగా నిలిచింది. నిందితుడు సుభాష్ కుమార్ శర్మను వారు గుర్తించడం కేసును ఛేదించడానికి ఉపయోగపడింది. కేసులో సహకరించిన దర్యాప్తు అధికారులు, సిబ్బందిని న్యాయస్థానం అభినందించింది. మిర్యాలగూడ డిఎస్పి రాజశేఖర్ రాజు నిందితులకు బెయిల్ రాకుండా ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకున్నారు.

దర్యాప్తు అధికారులు నిందితులు తలదాచుకున్న హోటల్స్, లాడ్జీలలోని రికార్డులను సేకరించారు. ప్రతి సాక్ష్యాన్ని క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించి కోర్టుకు సమర్పించారు.

there is no moving on from shiat like this uncle... not normal and not something that happens to everybody

What made this case rarest of rare that hanging was given as verdict

That too with so much social media hungama , sc/st angle and CC video .

If not, nothing would have happened... There might be some noise , that's it.

She is full time content creator now...

Think about it - she was too young and naive , got pregnant at such age...its more of infatuation and not love.

It's very easy to move on ...
