Is it morally correct for him to cheer for India, and celebrate the wins?

Being an ICC chairman, is it right as per the protocol. He should be representing the whole ICC. In my humble opinion. It includes all countries. 

Not trying to pluck feathers off the chicken. I just want to understand dos and don'ts of an ICC chairman.

Sports is joke these days. It’s entertainment but not competition. Does it matter who wins? He is running a business which wants to make money that’s all
