Athi vrusti n Ana vrusti rendu pramadame.............So edaina regular procedure lo jaragali.
same problem nenu face chestunna.............
naaku chala mandi ee ideas ichcharu. nenu eppudu follow avvaledu. kaani nee istam follow avutanu ante....
Fish/Chicken baaga tinu atleast 3 days/Week
Dry fruits like cashews/peanuts.....
baaga protein food teesuko.........limited Quantity but Many times in a Day

ok coming to your question .. laavu aipovali ani cheppi .. ghee/cheese/butter/potatoes ekkuva thinakuudadhu .. heart ki probs authundi .. entha thintaavo antha exercise cheyi .. atleast 15-20mins aina run cheyi initial ga .. tharvatha gradual ga increase cheyi thinatam n running cheyyatam

GYM ki poyi simple exercises cheyyi......Egg/Chicken/Fish/Dry fruits annitlo protein vuntundi. Workout cheyyi baaga tinu. just saradaga kooda tinu.
taagutanu ante Wall-mart lo Soy protein ani edo powder boost laaga vuntundi taagi choodu. chala cheap ee vuntundi. It was better  for me in those days.

naayana.....nenu 3 yeays nundi vuntunna. Laava....janalu nenu chesukoboye ammai naaku akka laaga vundi ani @3$% @3$%
so tanu kooda cheppindi bava laavu avvu ani. nenu lavu avvali. poti padi mari chooddam evaru lavu avutaro. naa weight 113lb. height 5'6''. Atleast naa weight ni 130 ki teesuku vellali. sFun_duh sFun_duh
