No dude u are completely mistaken, protein food thaggalanukune vallu theesukovali, lavu avvalante chicken fish kaadu, daily nee lunch ki dinner ki madhyalo two bananas thinu with milk(heavy protein and carbs), and take as much as white and yellow food like eggs(with whites and yellows), potatoes, rice, curd/yougurt, ice creams, any white fruits and sprouts(peanuts, all kinds of grams) and the most important thing drink warm milk with honey while going to bed...... , always eat more curry than rice, that doesn't mean more oil(more oil leads to bad fats in heart), make sure whether you want to gain more weight or more Body measure index..... there are lot of things to be followed whether if u want to increase weight or decrease weight its not so easy nor tough
