Not different from summer vacation, some have fall break , winter vacation etc. Yes, students go to beach and vacations during this time. Going to out of country , especially south american resorts have picked up these days due to releatively cheap prices (you get all inclusive at the same price as US resorts) and good weather, beaches etc. you can do drugs anywhere if you want to.
