Sichuan pepper ani dorkutayi. Chinese stores lo. Eat one and feel the sensation on your tongue. 
Sichuan pepper chicken with basil baguntundi. Recipe dorkithe vesta.

We get from India. Buy red chilies from market and powder them at local mill. Pack and take.

or Indian stores very few times

Sichuan pepper corn makes u r tongue numb and gives a unique tingling sensation. It gets a few times to get used to taste. search ‘Sichuan pepper corn chicken’. One similar recipe I found.

Another one. Chintamani chicken. Basically red chilies and chicken. Guppedu red chilies or more. Break into half and remove seeds. Add only shell to below recipe. Unique taste. Pillalu unte, side ki mudda pappu.

you know ..what… those small onions…(people call sambar onions)…you need to understand first how to use them…properly…

last time…చాంగడ్డ పులుసు లో కామెడీగా try చేసా…బెడిసికొట్టింది…

I just use normal onions. It does not matter. Those red chilli skins give the flavor to chicken. And no ginger garlic
